Maybe that subject line should be “a long time friend.” We’re not that

old, are we? Anyway, I came across this page and thought I should drop

you a line. You and Sally both look great. Your daughter looks just

like Sally looked when we were all living in San Diego. Sorry to hear

about your illness, but I know you are battling it with the wry sense

of humor you always had. Please say hello to Sally for me. You and

your family are in my prayers. Please let me know if there is anything

I can do for you.
